Building Bridges' Leadership Development Program consists of a series of seminars custom-designed for your organization. This communication-focused program enhances the skills of the emerging leader as well polishes those of the seasoned leader.

The program includes the following seminars:

• Coaching & Motivating Others
• "Selling" Ideas
• Presentation Skills
• Conflict Management
• Delegating and Time Management
• Managing Expectations - Bringing out the Best in Others

This highly successful and intense program is designed to:

• Increase your ability to communicate in a credible, confident and persuasive manner.
• Enhance your awareness of personality traits and how to "flex" your personality style to be most effective with others.
• Increase your leadership ability through effective communication skills while managing change, coaching, managing conflict, dealing with time and stress effectively.

You will benefit by learning how to:

• Build Trust
• Achieve confidence in your ability to lead
• Deliver messages that are both clear and persuasive
• Conduct successful team meetings
• Give feedback productively

Program format

The seminars are conducted approximately once per month for six to eight months. The seminar topics are developed with input from your company leadership and are based on the competencies desired in your leaders. Each seminar builds upon the previous one. Also, between each seminar, participants complete assignments designed to assist them in applying the material.

The seminar format includes small group interaction, interaction with the facilitator and a variety of assessments and learning activities. An Action Plan worksheet is assigned at the end of each seminar so that each participant can implement the seminar information.
