Building Bridges' Leadership Development Program consists of a series of seminars custom-designed for your organization. This communication-focused program enhances the skills of the emerging leader as well polishes those of the seasoned leader.
The seminars are conducted approximately once per month for six to eight months. The seminar topics are developed with input from your company leadership and are based on the competencies desired in your leaders. Each seminar builds upon the previous one. Also, between each seminar, participants complete assignments designed to assist them in applying the material.
The seminar format includes small group interaction, interaction with the facilitator and a variety of assessments and learning activities. An Action Plan worksheet is assigned at the end of each seminar so that each participant can implement the seminar information.
